As it so happens, the night it comes out, I'll be out of town (both Huntington and Muncie) at a hotel, as my father's memorial service will be the day after, so I'll have to catch the episode later than I had hoped.

Pawn Shop has seasons 1-5 for 70, I think it was. Could probably talk them down to 50. Don't know if I want to spend that much on a show I've never seen, though. I've never particularly cared for "medieval" type shows or movies either.

Breaking Bad, we hardly even knew ya! Breaking Bad ruined tv for me. Nothing is even close to it.

Breaking Bad, we hardly even knew ya! Nah, Game of Thrones isn't the GOAT and neither is Breaking Bad iyam, I would say The Wire is. I just like calling it GOAT because it's close to GoT

The setting is awesome. I'm even nerdy enough about it to enjoy the topography of Westeros tbh.

I haven't seen The Walking Dead either, and it is more readily available for me to marathon, so maybe I should start with that. I only saw the first episode, and I wasn't really wowed by it either...
I wanna see The Wire. And as far as Supernatural goes, the first three seasons of that show was the most fun I've ever seen on tv. Then it started to jump the shark and began catering to the female audience. Too much drama, got too complicated. Haven't seen any past season 6

My only gripe with The Wire is the last season is kind of a drag. It peaked in Season 4 and although you need the closure Season 5 provides, it's quite a comedown from the previous two seasons.

The final season of Breaking Bad was like the birth of a merciless tornado, 5 years in the making. You know the shit is coming throughout the entire show, but when it hits, it hits fuckin hard.

I didn't love the fifth season (make no mistake, I enjoyed it a lot), but I do find that an apt description.

First half of Season 5 was good. Second half was great. Season 4 was still the best though.
